Rental Note:

For all the reservation and payment must be settle before 1 day you arrival in malaysia.

A guidance on pickup and return is included in the confirmation email that will be sent to you upon reservation. Please note that our pickup and return service at KLIA and KLIA2 Airport or Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur before or after our operating hours, please leave your fight time, contact and your accomodation information (if the accommodation is reserved under different person, please let us know) in the “Comments” section of our reservation form, then we will send it to your accommodation with extra charge (5USD in KL AREA ONLY). And please note that all customers need to return the Pocket WiFi at KLIA and KLIA2 Airport by 10:00 PM.

For delivery to your accommodation, reservation requests need to be submitted 3 business days prior to your arrival. And please note that your name should match your hotel reservation name. For delivery to accommodations without 24 hour reception staff (e.g. Airbnb rentals, guest houses, serviced residential apartments and so on), please include a mobile phone number of your Malaysian host.

Please take note, for all the reservation need to pay 75USD for the deposit. Deposit will be refunded to your credit or debit card within 24-48 hours after you have returned the device.
